Pastor Mike E. Thompson, graduated from Wright State University in 1991. He married Robin in 1990 and spent a year in Morganton, NC, while Robin completed an internship in Music Therapy. They were very involved at Faith Presbyterian Church while in Morganton. Mike and Robin then joined the staff of Campus Crusade for Christ for several years before moving back to Morganton (1996) where God called Mike to work as the youth director at Faith Presbyterian Church. Mike attended Reformed Theological Seminary in Charlotte and graduated with an M. Div. degree from there in 2006. He then received a call from Faith Church as an Associate Pastor. In 2007 he was called to become the senior pastor at Faith. Mike continues to teach the Word of God to the Youth as he faithfully pastors the flock at Faith. Mike and Robin have three children. Ginny (25), was born with the genetic disorder, Angelman syndrome, and is truly a special gift from God. Tara (23) is pursuing a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND. Michael (22) is graduating in May from Grove City College with a degree in Physics, as well as getting married to Evelyn on May 23, 2020.
